Baby passport application process — sharing the steps

Just went through this and it's simpler than I expected so sharing for anyone planning a trip before baby turns 1. For Singapore citizen baby: register birth at ICA first, get NRIC, then apply for passport at ICA online (SingPass needed). Processing time was 5 working days for us. Bring baby for photo (ICA has photo booth but bring a white top for baby). Cost is $70 for 5-year passport. Anyone done this at a different ICA branch — any tips on which is faster?
