Jaundice at 5 days old — hospital or wait and see?

My newborn's jaundice level came back at 195 today. PD said it's borderline and to bring him back tomorrow. I'm so anxious. Did any of your babies have jaundice this high at this age? Were you admitted or managed at home? Feeling helpless.
