  • Not watching things that move
  • Does not smile at people
  • Cannot hold head steady when sitting supported

Singapore-Specific Advice

This is often when Singapore mothers return to work after 16 weeks maternity leave. Research infant care centres early - Popular ones like PCF Sparkletots have long waiting lists. Check if your employer offers flexible arrangements under the FMWL.

Vaccinations This Month

  • 3 months: DTaP/IPV/Hib/HepB (2nd) · Rotavirus (2nd) · PCV13 (2nd)

Check the Immunization Tracker for the full Singapore NCIS schedule.

Remember: Every baby develops at their own pace. These milestones are general guides based on WHO standards. Always consult your paediatrician, polyclinic, or family doctor if you have any concerns about your baby's development.
