When to Go to A&E vs. Polyclinic in Singapore

✓ Polyclinic / GP is fine

Mild fever (37.5–38.5°C) in healthy baby >3 months
Runny nose, mild cough, no breathing difficulty
Rash without fever or spreading
Diarrhoea with normal hydration
Non-urgent concerns, routine checks

🚨 Go to A&E / Call 995

Any fever in baby under 3 months
Breathing difficulty, blue lips, grunting
Seizures or unresponsive
Non-blanching purple/red rash (glass test)
Signs of severe dehydration
