When to Go to A&E vs. Polyclinic in Singapore

✓ Polyclinic / GP is fine
  • Mild fever (37.5–38.5°C) in healthy baby >3 months
  • Runny nose, mild cough, no breathing difficulty
  • Rash without fever or spreading
  • Diarrhoea with normal hydration
  • Non-urgent concerns, routine checks
🚨 Go to A&E / Call 995
  • Any fever in baby under 3 months
  • Breathing difficulty, blue lips, grunting
  • Seizures or unresponsive
  • Non-blanching purple/red rash (glass test)
  • Signs of severe dehydration
