When to Go to A&E vs. Polyclinic in Singapore
- Mild fever (37.5–38.5°C) in healthy baby >3 months
- Runny nose, mild cough, no breathing difficulty
- Rash without fever or spreading
- Diarrhoea with normal hydration
- Non-urgent concerns, routine checks
- Any fever in baby under 3 months
- Breathing difficulty, blue lips, grunting
- Seizures or unresponsive
- Non-blanching purple/red rash (glass test)
- Signs of severe dehydration
