PlayFACTO vs KidZania vs Science Centre for toddler birthday

Son is turning 3 in 2 months and we want to do something fun but manageable. Considering these options: PlayFACTO School in Jurong — small and educational, looks calm. KidZania at Sentosa — looks amazing but is it overwhelming for 3? Singapore Science Centre — older kid vibe, not sure he's ready. Anyone brought a newly-turned-3 to any of these? We have 6 kids coming (toddlers and babies) so I want somewhere that doesn't require too much parental crowd management.
