PCF vs PAP vs NTUC kindergartens — real comparison from a parent

Just went through kindergarten selection for our 4-year-old and want to share what we found. We toured 6 kindergartens in our area. PCF Sparkletots: largest network, decent quality, very affordable (~$160–200/month). PAP Community: similar price, slightly smaller class sizes in our experience. NTUC My First Skool: higher fees (~$400+) but bilingual focus is strong. Private: we visited one at $700/month, great environment but hard to justify. We ended up with PCF for the convenience and price. Happy to discuss specific branches if you're in the east or northeast.
