Mental health support resources for new parents in Singapore

Sharing this for anyone who needs it: KKH has a perinatal mental health service. SGH has a women's psychological support team. IMH has a postnatal depression clinic. If cost is a concern, SAMH and Singapore Counselling Centre offer subsidised sessions. You don't have to be at rock bottom to ask for help.

Also want to add that some GPs are really good at this referral pathway. If cost is the concern, a polyclinic referral to restructured hospital is heavily subsidised.
