Disagreeing with husband on screen time — how did you align?

I'm strict: no screens before 2. He thinks I'm overreacting and lets our 18 month old watch YouTube when he's with him. Baby is now pointing at the TV the moment Daddy holds him. I don't want to undermine him but I also need us to be consistent. How did others get on the same page?
