Hypnobirthing actually worked for me — natural birth at KKH

I know this sounds a bit woo-woo but I want to share because I was sceptical too. I did the Hypnobirthing course at 30 weeks and practiced breathing techniques every night. My labour was 9 hours, no epidural, and the midwives at KKH were amazing. Not saying it's for everyone but it's worth looking into.
