Baby Bonus — how long did your cash gift take to come in?

We submitted the forms at the hospital but it's been 5 weeks and we haven't received the first payment yet. Baby Bonus Plus says processing takes up to 4 weeks. Anyone else wait longer than that? I want to know if I need to follow up.
