Hiring a confinement nanny — what's the going rate in 2026?

We're budgeting for our second baby and trying to figure out what confinement nannies are charging now. When we had our first in 2022 the rate was around $2,800 for 28 days. What are you seeing quoted now? We used an agency last time but I know some families go direct. Any recommended agencies in Singapore? And for those who went direct — how did you vet the nanny and what did you include in the agreement?
