Any good speech therapists for toddlers in Singapore?

My 2.5 year old son has about 20 words — his PD said typical is 50+ at this age. We've been referred to KKH speech therapy but waiting list is 6 months. Are there any good private speech therapists you'd recommend, especially in the east or central area? Also curious: did anyone's late talker catch up without therapy? His comprehension seems great — he follows complex instructions fine — but words just aren't coming. PD suspects expressive language delay.
