37 weeks and baby hasn't engaged yet — when did yours drop?

38 weeks this Thursday and my gynae mentioned baby's head hasn't engaged into the pelvis yet. She's not worried but I'm a bit anxious. I've been walking 30 minutes a day and doing lots of squats hoping to help. For those who had late engagement — when did baby finally drop? Did you end up needing an induction or did labour start naturally? This is my first so I have nothing to compare to.
