Singapore Antenatal Appointment Schedule

Most OB-GYNs follow this schedule. Frequency increases in the third trimester.

Wks 6-12	Once	Booking visit: blood tests, urine, BP, dating scan (wk 8-10)
Wks 11-14	Once	1st trimester screen: OSCAR / combined screening for Down's syndrome
Wk 20	Once	Detailed (anomaly) scan: check for structural issues in baby
Wk 24-28	Once	Glucose tolerance test (GDM screen); growth scan
Wks 28-36	Every 4 weeks	BP, weight, fundal height, position, fetal movements
Wks 36-40	Every 2 weeks	GBS swab (wk 36), cervical check, birth plan discussion
Wk 40+	Weekly	Non-stress test, liquor check; discuss induction if overdue
