How many wet diapers per day is normal at 2 weeks?

My son is 2 weeks old and my husband and I keep second-guessing ourselves. We're counting about 6-7 wet diapers and 2-3 dirty ones per day. PD said it sounds fine but the books all say different things. What were yours like at this age?
