Water birth at Mount Alvernia — Q&A for those considering it

Had a water birth at Mount Alvernia last month. Happy to answer anything — cost, process, how it felt different from a regular delivery, recovery. The most common question I get is whether it's safe: yes, done properly with a midwife in attendance, absolutely.
