No lactation room at my office — how do others manage?

I'm going back to work next month and my office doesn't have a dedicated room. There's one toilet with a lock but it feels unsanitary. My manager is 'looking into it' but I don't trust that to happen quickly. Any Singapore mums been through this who found a solution?
