Nausea remedies that actually worked (Singapore edition)

First trimester morning sickness was wrecking me. Things that helped: ginger tea from NTUC, Sea-Band wristbands, and eating a plain biscuit before even getting out of bed. Also my OB recommended Vitamin B6 which actually made a noticeable difference within a week. Share yours below!
