Screen time — how strict are you with your toddler?

The official guideline is basically zero screen time before 2 and limited after. My 2.5 year old watches about an hour of Bluey per day. I feel guilty every time but honestly it's how I cook dinner without chaos. What's everyone else actually doing, honestly?
