If you have at least one child who is a Singapore Citizen under the age of 2 years, you are eligible for 6 days of unpaid infant care leave every year.
Each parent with children under the age of 2 years can apply for 6 days of unpaid infant care leave in addition to 6 days of paid child care leave, until the child turns 2 years old.
You are eligible for unpaid infant care leave if:
- Your child is aged below 2 years;
- Your child is a Singapore Citizen;
- You have served your employer for a continuous period of at least 3 months.
